  Creation and presentation of policies and template forms for office use.

Recruitment Services

  Preparing and placing of recruitment advertisements, job descriptions, collating applications, short-listing of CV's, arranging interviews and preparing contracts and correspondence upon appointment.

Diary Management

Scheduling of appointments, meetings and reminders (through a shared electronic calendar).

Business Travel


Sourcing and booking accommodation and travel requirements, providing an itinerary for business trips.

Event Planning

  Organisation of business meetings, seminars, conferences, team away days and corporate hospitality events. Sourcing and booking of venue accommodation, catering, sending invitations, co-ordinating attendance and producing literature for the event.

Word Processing

  Letters, memos, faxes, agendas, minutes, e-mail correspondence, invoices, statements, mail merge and business documents produced from handwritten or drafted copies or through transcription (see below).

Copy Typing/Editing

Final documents edited to correct spelling, punctuation and grammar, or if required, the wording and structure of a document can be amended to improve the flow of text and content.

Reports

Word processing and presentation of business reports to your specification or company format.

Presentations

  Creation of professional PowerPoint presentations from draft notes.

Proof Reading

  Proof reading of documents to correct mistakes before they are submitted to print.

Sourcing and Procurement

Sourcing of equipment, materials or services, obtaining quotes and providing a summary of the information gathered. If required, purchase orders can be raised and arrangements made to follow a purchase through (i.e. negotiating a price, arranging delivery, specifying requirements or scheduling work or services for a convenient date).

Data Entry/Spreadsheets

Data entry and creation of basic spreadsheets and graphs to present and compare information.

CVs/Resumes

Creation of a professional and concise CV either by retyping and formatting your current CV, restructuring and rewording your CV to improve its appeal to prospective employers, or by creating a professional CV from scratch.
